SEASONAL ELEMENTAL YIN JOURNEY - SPRING EQUINOX EDITION
De Roos, Amsterdam
Thursday, March 20th, 2026
19:00 - 20:30
What can you expect?
A deeply restorative evening of supported Yin-inspired shapes, live acoustic music, and immersive storytelling. Created for the Spring Equinox, this journey works with the season's threshold of balance and emergence, when the body begins to turn outward again after winter's dissolution and incubation.
This edition leans into the element of Air as an inner renewal, offering space for the quality of thought, beliefs, vision, dreams, and intentional living to gently clear and reorganize. The elements are approached as lived experiences within us rather than ideas to analyze, and the practice is shaped to be deeply supportive, so participants can be held in comfort while they rest, receive, and reset.
The evening closes with quiet integration and a moment for reflection.
Sacred Woman’s MoonLodge Ceremonies
Private Yurt, Amsterdam
Held on the Seasonal Gateways
Upcoming Dates 2026
March 19, , May 03, June 21, September 20th, Feminine Gateway Year Training on November 7th
What can you expect?
A sacred gathering for a small group women held in rhythm with the gateways. Each ceremony includes storytelling drawn from seasonal and archetypal wisdom, soul sharing where every voice is witnessed without judgment, and ritual that marks the threshold between who you have been and who you are becoming.
We work with shadow and light, with cyclical rhythms and the body’s own knowing. The evening unfolds through grounding, sharing in circle, guided inquiry, and ceremonial practices that invite real transformation.
Women arrive exactly as they are and leave softer in their bodies, clearer in their hearts, and more connected to something larger than themselves
Shamanic BreathWork & Ritual TranceDance
Ruigoord Church Amsterdam
Â
Tuesday, April 1st, 2026
19:15 - 22:00
What can you expect?
Journey with us into the Dreamtime - a shamanic practice of conscious dreaming used across cultures to bring clarity, direction, and inner vision.
We begin with connected Breathwork, moving you out of everyday consciousness and into your body. As the mind quiets, the breath creates space for something deeper to emerge. From this state, we guide you into TranceDance - a blindfolded journey of movement, rhythm, and breath that opens your inner landscape.
The dance and the breath are medicine we all carry within. Blindfolded, your attention turns inward, allowing insight, release, and a renewed sense of inner freedom. Many experience a palpable shift - clearer direction, deeper choice, and a felt sense of possibility.
This is not performance. This is immersion - supported by live drumming, held with intention, and guided with care.

Ritual TranceDance
The Yoga Circle Amsterdam
Bi-Monthly Ritual TeanceDances -
What is a ritual trance dance?
Step into the ancient art of TranceDance, where movement becomes prayer, rhythm becomes guidance, and the unseen realms whisper through your body... With your eyes gently covered by a bandana, you enter a space beyond sight, where your inner vision awakens.
This is a ceremonial journey, a dance between breath, movement, and spirit. Through the pulse of life, rhythms and deep ancestral beats, you will be guided to release, surrender, and tap into the wisdom held within. Whether calling in transformation, clarity, or healing, this sacred practice allows you to move beyond the thinking mind and into pure embodied experience.
Each dance is an invitation to:
* Reconnect with your intuitive body, shifting from control to deep trust
* Access altered states of awareness, where insights emerge and energy shifts
* Call in personal intentions, seeking guidance, integration, or a renewal of spirit
No previous experience is required..only the willingness to step into the unknown and allow the dance to take you where you need to go.
Open to all levels. Come as you are.
Soul Sunday RestorativeÂ
The Yoga Circle Amsterdam
Every SundayÂ
18:15Â
What can you expect?
Most yoga asks you to move... this asks you to listen.
Soul Sunday Restoration is a rare and deeply intuitive practice where movement fades into stillness, and healing happens beneath the surface. Each session is carefully attuned to the rhythm of the season, the unseen pull of the planets, and the energy of those who gather.
Long-held postures become a meditation, allowing body and breath to realign naturally. Storytelling is woven like ancient medicine, guiding the mind into deeper spaces of release. Sound and live music - singing bowls, voice, guitar - create a transmission of healing, carefully tuned to meet the group's energy in real time.
This is not just rest. It is restoration at the deepest level - an internal recalibration, a remembering of how to feel at home in yourself.
Yin & Somatic Wisdom
De Roos
Every SundayÂ
14:15
What can you expect?
Yin & Somatic Wisdom is a Yin yoga class that integrates somatic awareness and mind–body connection through a slow, attentive practice. The class works within an energy‑based framework and subtle body awareness, drawing on chakras and meridians to support balance, regulation, and integration across the body–psyche connection.
Each class is informed by seasonal rhythms and simple inner themes, offering an energetic focus without requiring any prior knowledge. Depending on the centre of the body we are exploring, postures may be more restorative or gently activating, always with options to adapt to your body.
Spoken and reflective guidance is offered throughout, supporting body‑based inquiry rather than performance. Breathwork, awareness of subtle sensation, and occasional acupressure or self‑touch points may be included to encourage nervous system regulation, re‑patterning, and embodied change.
Students often leave feeling more grounded, calm, and integrated in body, mind, and inner experience, with a clearer sense of how to listen to their own rhythm beyond the mat.
