My Soul Shamanic Sessions 

I am supported and guided by Mother Energy, so LOVE is the foundation and bedding of our sessions together. You will feel held and nurtured. Your body will relax, and this opens your heart and energy field for healing and transformation. 

The purpose of these sessions is to help clear your energy field in order to create the changes to lead a more soulful and joyful life,  for example, to release stuck beliefs that help you to take the next step forward. Healing a part of inner child trauma, helping to live a more loving, joyful life, or releasing stuck emotions helps to clear your energy so that new opportunities can enter your life. 

These sessions are much longer than 'normal' shamanic healing' so we can go deeper. 

Another difference is that I let YOU travel and journey instead of me, and I will accompany you into the DreamTime or subconscious. 

This is to make you strong and knowing of your own love, feelings, and inner soul-scape.  

In both ceremonies flowers are present as natural healing spirits and guides for your healing. 

I also work closely with nurturing the inner child - and the soul retrievals I do are with lost aspects of her. 

I work through my soul in communion with your soul and follow through with what I perceive and hear. 

When we go into journey, I use prayer to set the field for healing for you. 

I work with total commitment to the Source, Creator and Unconditional Love. 

If you choose the Earth Rose Ceremony, this will include a woman’s ritual to connect you to your womb-heart which is a powerful alignment you make to your most inner essence needed for your creation power to make a life that is thriving rather than surviving. 

Sacred plants are used like Cacao and Blue Lotus to open your heart and inner eye. 

Also incorporated in these journeys are sounding you back into your body with your SoulSong with all kinds of healing instruments This balances your energetic field, releases stuck energy, and grounds you as well as healing your energy field 

I may or may not include crystals, touch, or essential oils. 

How this flows

We meet, and we chat where I ask you questions to get to the root of an issue, and this in itself is healing because you bring the light of your awareness into hidden places. This is a space where you can finally release the story, issue, or trauma, and this clears your energy field and creates space already. 

Then I will cleanse you with sacred spirits like Sage, Palo Santo, Agua de Florida, or other cleansing tonics I would have made for you. This will help you leave behind the day and enter a sacred space. 

After which, we will hold prayer where we commune with Creator and receive and give blessings and gratefulness for this healing. This also opens up a sacred healing space guided and protected by Great Mystery. 

We may do a grounding practice. That may be through active imagination,  breathing, and sounding into your womb or heart space. 

If you choose the Earth Rose ceremony this is when we hold ritual. To anchor in the new transformation. We do this with sacred cacao or/and blue lotus. 

Then you will lie down to Journey. I will use a drum, flute, or other instruments to lead you into and through your healing, and you will enter the DreamTime (your subconscious psychic landscape) and go into a natural trance state. 

I use energy healing in the journey.

Depending on what your issue determines the way forward and what Journey you will take, whether that is to meet your higher self, spirit animal, or inner child or work with the 'womb-scape,' chord cutting, or many other types of journeys. That will present itself as we move forward. 

The Journey is a powerful process that brings profound transformation on a psychic, emotional, physical and spiritual level. This leads to a more spacious awareness and consciousness. 

When the Journey ends, you return, and we have a moment of reflection. This is important because it brings you those AHA moments, which in turn leads to change as well as anchoring of the new pathways that have opened up for you. 

Then if you choose the Earth Rose ceremony, it’s time for integration through ‘singing  you back into you body’  through healing sounds, song and with essential oils and touch. During this moment, soul-relignement will happen between the body, emotional, mental and energy body.
